Child Care Operators

Find Your Next Child Care Facility Opportunity in Ohio

Growing a quality child care organization takes more than demand. It takes the right facility, in the right community, with a property partner who understands the opportunity.

Finding the Right Building Is One of the Hardest Parts of Expansion

Strong child care programs can be ready to grow long before the right real estate becomes available. Traditional commercial properties may be expensive, poorly configured, lack outdoor space, or require extensive improvements before they can support a center.

Faith Facility Partners of Ohio helps qualified child care operators discover another category of opportunity: churches, religious schools, ministry campuses, education wings, former schools, and other faith-based properties with space that may be suitable for child care.

Our role is to identify potential alignment and bring the organizations together. You decide whether the property, market, economics, and partnership fit your expansion strategy.

Access Faith-Based Facility Opportunities

Religious properties are not automatically child care facilities, but many have characteristics worth evaluating. We help operators look beyond conventional real estate channels and consider properties where mission, community need, and facility potential may intersect.

Established Community Locations

Faith-based facilities are often located in established neighborhoods near the families a child care program would serve.

Existing Educational Space

Classrooms, fellowship areas, former schools, kitchens, parking, and outdoor property may provide a stronger starting point than raw commercial space.

Potentially Flexible Facilities

Religious properties can include a mix of dedicated and adaptable areas that may support different program models and capacities.

Community Alignment

A child care use may complement a faith organization’s desire to serve families and put underutilized weekday space to productive use.

Tell Us What You’re Looking For

The more we understand about your expansion criteria, the better we can recognize a property that may fit. Tell us where you want to grow and what your operating model requires.

Useful criteria include:

✓ Target cities, counties, or regions
✓ Preferred building and usable classroom square footage
✓ Desired child care capacity
✓ Infant, toddler, preschool, school-age, or mixed-age programs
✓ Outdoor space and playground requirements
✓ Parking and drop-off needs
✓ Kitchen or food-service needs
✓ Demographic and market preferences
✓ Desired opening timeline
✓ Lease, improvement, and other facility considerations

You do not need to have every requirement finalized. We can maintain your current criteria and update it as your growth plans evolve.

How Our Operator Network Works

Joining the network is not a commitment to pursue a particular facility. It gives us the information needed to recognize potential alignment when an opportunity emerges.

1. Share Your Criteria

Tell us where you want to grow and what the facility needs to support.

2. We Identify Potential Alignment

We review available or emerging faith-based facility opportunities against operator criteria.

3. We Make an Introduction

When there appears to be mutual potential, we connect the operator and faith organization.

4. You Explore the Opportunity

Both organizations evaluate the facility, economics, responsibilities, timing, and overall fit.

Facility Opportunities Throughout Ohio

Faith Facility Partners of Ohio is building relationships with faith-based organizations and child care operators across the state. Opportunities may emerge in major metropolitan areas, suburban communities, growing exurban markets, and smaller Ohio communities where child care demand and available facilities can align.

Tell us your geographic priorities—even if they include multiple regions. We can keep those preferences on file as the facility network grows.

Established Operators & Growing Organizations

We are interested in relationships with experienced child care organizations that are prepared to evaluate expansion opportunities responsibly. That can include established multi-site providers, strong independent operators pursuing an additional location, and growing organizations with a clear operating model and the resources to develop and operate a compliant center.

Potential operators should be prepared to demonstrate appropriate experience, financial capacity, licensing readiness, and a commitment to quality child care. Participation in the network does not guarantee a facility opportunity or selection by a property owner.

What Happens When We Identify a Potential Match?

If a facility appears to align with your criteria and there is potential interest from the property organization, we can facilitate an introduction. The initial discussion is an opportunity to understand the property, the organization’s goals, your operating model, and whether both sides want to explore the opportunity further.

From there, the participating organizations can evaluate the facility, conduct appropriate due diligence, discuss potential rent and improvements, define shared-use or dedicated-space arrangements, establish responsibilities, and determine whether a formal agreement makes sense.

Faith Facility Partners helps bring the parties together and support the process. The operator and property organization make their own decisions and establish the final business relationship.

Your Information Remains Part of Our Operator Network

A suitable property may not be available the day you join. With your permission, we can retain your expansion criteria as part of our operator network so we can recognize future opportunities that may align with your needs. As your target markets, capacity goals, or facility requirements change, you can update your criteria.

Your information is used to evaluate potential facility alignment and facilitate relevant introductions. Joining the network does not obligate you to pursue an opportunity.
