FACILITY EVALUATION

Discover Your Facility’s Child Care Potential

Your building may have more potential than you realize. Start with a preliminary evaluation and help us understand the property, your organization, and what you would like to explore.

Your Facility Could Be an Opportunity

Classrooms, education wings, fellowship areas, former school space, parking, kitchens, outdoor property, and other existing features can make a faith-based facility worth evaluating for potential child care use.

You do not need a child care-ready building to begin. The purpose of this evaluation is to gather enough information to understand the property at a preliminary level and identify whether there may be reasons to explore it further.

A Preliminary Evaluation Starts Here

Submitting information is simply a starting point. It does not obligate your organization to pursue child care use, enter an agreement, make improvements, or work with a particular operator.

What Helps Us Evaluate the Property

Approximate information is fine at this stage. If available, having the facility address, approximate building size, number of rooms, current uses, parking and outdoor-space details will help. Floor plans, site plans, and building photographs are especially useful but optional.

Estimated completion time: about 5–10 minutes. You can provide what you know today and leave optional details for a later conversation.

Request a Preliminary Facility Evaluation

Use the form below to begin your preliminary evaluation. In the Message field, include as much as you know about your organization, facility address, city/ZIP, organization type, total and potentially available square footage, number of rooms and floors, parking, restrooms, kitchen, outdoor space, playground, separate entrance, existing classrooms, current facility uses, and what you would like to explore.

Floor plans, building photographs, and site plans are helpful but not required for the first submission. We can request supporting documents after the initial review.

Important: Submitting a facility for evaluation does not create an obligation, guarantee suitability for child care use, guarantee regulatory approval or licensed capacity, or guarantee placement with a child care operator. Any future opportunity is subject to further evaluation, due diligence, applicable approvals, and agreement between the participating organizations.

You Don’t Need All the Answers Before You Start

If you are unsure about square footage, capacity, licensing requirements, improvements, or whether the property is even a realistic candidate, that is precisely why a preliminary evaluation can be useful. Start with what you know. We can help identify the questions that should come next.
